Units 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9 and 13 have reached a tentative agreement with the employer for a four-year contract term of July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2029.
Please check your unit’s ratification page below to review a summary of the tentative agreement and latest information before voting.
Ratification voting will end at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 24.

Voting Information
HGEA has requested release time from the employer to allow you work time to review the agreement and cast your vote.
Voting will be held electronically. Limited walk-in electronic voting will also be available at all HGEA offices on the following days:
- April 23: 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- April 24: 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
An electronic ratification ballot was sent to your personal email address from “HGEA Ballot,” with the subject, “BALLOT: (your unit number) Contract Ratification.”
If you do not see a ballot email in your personal inbox, check your junk mail or spam folder. See instructions on how to request a ballot. Ballot requests must be received before 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 24 (no later than two hours before the close of electronic voting).
